He treated me as an equal during the entire experience and endeavoured to get me involved and learn at every opportunity. Even when he was busy he didn't make me feel unwanted and still taught me. I was treated as a colleague and was made to feel like part of the Opthalmology team and not just an observer. His manner and teaching style were exemplary and I wish that every doctor I learned under behaved in a similar manner to Dr Burton.
